Note:

Camp Day begins 8:30am / Camp Ends at 3:30pm.
PARENT DROP OFF can start at 8:20am (no earlier) at Murphy Park.
Breakfast, Lunch, and snacks throughout the day are free and served every camp day!
CAMP CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
We strongly recommend you thoughtfully choose the week(s) that your child does plan to attend, and not just to save a spot in case they might attend.
Number of camp openings is based on staffing and historical participation data.
Once you choose and pay for the week(s) that your child plans to attend, we do understand that life does happen.
If you need to cancel for a week that you have registered and paid for, please contact the rec office at marcy.dawley@putnamct.us BY THE THURSDAY BEFORE THE WEEK THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL.
Example: You registered & paid for week 4 (7/21-7/25) but need to cancel. To receive a refund or get credit to your account, you would need to contact the Rec Office by Thursday 7/17.
You will then be asked to choose how you want the Rec Office to proceed:
1. Refund for that week to the same card you paid with
2. Keep the funds on your account as a “Household Credit” to be used in the future as you choose to do so. Example: for another week of camp, P.A.S.S. payments, vendor spot at the Great Pumpkin Festival, etc)
