Putnam's Town Complex is home and host to the Public Library, Aspinock Historical Society, the town business offices, plus has conference & community rooms that are used by town groups and many non-profit groups.
The front lawn is used one time per year to host the Fine Arts Crafts Festival.

This is a town facility, but the Recreation Department does not oversea scheduling the rooms. Contact the Administration (Mayor) Office or the Putnam Public Library directly with inquiries on available space.
